Heartfulness is a meditation for modern day life. In today’s fast-paced world, most people are searching for ways to reduce stress and lead balanced, peaceful lives. Elaborate philosophies or complicated routines can be difficult to sustain and, therefore, we need something that is easy to integrate in our day-to-day lives; something we can do every day in the comfort of our own homes. Heartfulness offers a simple and practical way to learn heart-based meditation and relaxation. The benefits of the practice include reduced stress, improved focus and efficiency, as well as a calmer way of being and a more fulfilling life. We invite all those who are interested to try Heartfulness and to see the benefits for themselves. There are no charges for the practice at any stage. We are all volunteers who give our time gladly to make this simple and effective method available to everyone interested in trying it. What is Heartfulness Relaxation and Meditation? A simple, gentle and an easy to learn meditation technique. Heartfulness meditation is a way of integrating heart and mind and is achieved with the help of a unique element called yogic transmission which helps us to focus and to shift our attention away from the outer world and into our inner world. Come and experience it and feel the changes in yourself. You can also be given guidance and support to start and maintain your own individual practice which can be done in the comfort of your own home. After a brief introductory session you will be invited to meditate without transmission for five minutes prior to a Guided Relaxation and then to experience the beauty of Heartfulness Meditation with yogic transmission. Afterwards there will be time to reflect on your experiences. All sessions are free and open to anyone interested. There are never any charges for Heartfulness Meditation.
