This group is for new runners, walkers of all kinds, runners who have fallen off the wagon who need other people to keep us motivated to run regularly (myself included), or for the old pros who just need an excuse to run. At the beginning of the meetup, we'll introduce ourselves, state your goal for the day to the group, then we all run at our own pace and to our own goal. If you meet someone with a similar goal then you now have a partner! We might even be able to swap tips and training ideas! Very simple concept! The outcome of this group is to simply feel better and to meet new and different people who are interested in running. We meet in front of the big hill at Glasgow Park each Saturday morning at 8am.
