Event #39: WordPress Community Workshop - Gutenberg Special

Gutenberg is the new WordPress editor, to be released sometime in April. It will mean a big change to the way we write posts and pages and, in a future release, it is expected to make page builders redundant. We aim to help you, as a WordPress user and content author, learn the ins and outs of the new editor before it comes out.

Also, for developers, WordPress 4.9.5 beta includes Gutenberg and is already available for everyone to download and test. This is the last WordPress core release before version 5.0, and the new editor, come out later on in the month.

It's a perfect chance to test them both and get a feel of what is to come!

The usual WordPress Community Workshop will also run as usual. Here is what it is about:

If you would like to build a website using WordPress, or if you already have a WP site which is having issues, or if you are looking to share your WP knowledge, then this is the gathering to come along to. The idea is that people of all levels of ability can come along, collaborate, and discuss and/or show those aspects of WordPress that are of interest.

This informal get-together is also ideal for anyone who is new to WordPress and looking to find out more.

Mags & Sean are looking forward to you seeing you there :-)
