Hey, Elis! Sorry this is so late. For some reason, I didn't get a notification about your comment. Which trip do you want to do?

Are there any preliminary planning meetings or do we just show up? I would like to know who I am traveling with and who my host is.

    • Rebecca

Hi Jim! We usually set up a meetup for those booked into the trip a few weeks prior to the trip start date, so that they can meet and get to know each other. I actually just sent you a message before seeing this comment.

  • Henry (.

So I can only travel for 7 days, and maybe thinking about going solo. Do you guys just sell the charter ticket without the tour part?

    November 10, 2015

    • Rebecca

Hey Henry, no we can't, sorry. :-( It is illegal for us to do and you need license to get on plane. But you can go via Mexico.

    Hi Jodie,
I am interested in the Cuba Jan. 9th trip! I see there is an option to put down 1/2 the balance. If we put down 1/2 the balance for 2 people, does that reserve our spot?

    August 5, 2015

    • Rebecca

      yes, it does Mina :-)

      August 5, 2015

    • Mina

Okay sounds good. I will be signing up with 1/2 deposit down this Friday.

    Jodie,

Not counting Orlando in August and Seattle and Portland in September so yes, schedule is tight. But I've been eyeing Cuba this year and hoping to make it before the real invasion (tourists I mean..)

    August 3, 2015

    • Rebecca

yah, Carnival Cruise lines starts in mid-2016 tentatively. :-( We have a few people who have gone on this trip from this group and some who are going on the November 14th trip as well but that only has one spot left. The 21st trip has more spots though. If interested in the 14th trip though let me know asap.

      August 4, 2015

    • Rebecca

Hey Paul, the November 21st trip is sold out now. :-( but we will organize a group to go in January if interested.

      August 26, 2015

  • Neeka

I am also very interested in this trip but sure I can do 9 days would it be possible to shorten to 5 days?

    July 27, 2015

    • Neeka

      Oh ok.

      July 29, 2015

    • Rebecca

If you could only do for 5 days you can do that but I just wanted to let you know my opinion. I would maybe go solo (without a tour) and do day tours in and around Havana. I don't do this but I know some others who have day tours that are really good. let me know and I can send you info. Again, you can join the trip for 5 days as long as you are ok with paying for the full trip for 5 days which will make those 5 days quite expensive.

What's the deadline for Cuba 11/21-11/29? We have two other potential trips one currently on wait list (Steve Ricks in November & self touring Thailand in December). Need to work out logistics before committing. Thanks

    August 3, 2015

    • Rebecca

hey Paul, the deadline is when the trip fills up which will probably be in the next 3 weeks. It sounds like you are busy with your travels! :-)
