Throughout this class I want to introduce you to a NEW way of eating. Eating for your Chakras is a new approach to look at our bodies and what foods would benefit us to get to optimum health. Understanding our Chakras is a great way to get to know ourselves on a much deeper level to see how the food we eat affects our bodies.

What we will be learning:
• Each chakra and their functions
• What foods will benefit that chakra
• Foods for grounding
• List of foods that activate and balance the chakras
• The power of food

I am a graduate of IIN (Integrative nutrition) through this workshop my goal is to help you to understand your energy body in a different way and help you to get to your weightloss goals.
As we work together, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you and implement lasting changes that will improve your energy, balance and health.
