Good Morning,


For all of you who love my award winning, original “Chocolate Souffl?s”, I wanted to give you a sneak preview of my newest creation, “My gluten free, Chocolate Souffl? Bites”!!!   Please find attached a copy of my “almost finished” artwork.


The “bites” come in a twelve cell, mini brownie bite tray, frozen!  The tray is made from the same bakeable, oven safe plastic that my souffl?s and bread puddings come in.

 The souffl? batter is injected into the muffin tray, flash frozen, and over wrapped with plastic.   All you have to do is take the tray out of the freezer, and bake for approx. 18-20 mins at 375’, as easy and decadent as my souffl?s!!


Now you can enjoy my chocolate souffl?s, guilt free, just in a small bite size portion.  They are also great for sufferers of Celiac disease who need to not feel deprived when wanting a decadent treat!!
