What we're about
A calling for a gnostic circle:
This is a gathering of those who are yearning to remember and consciously invoke the Spirit, Light and Truth.
Principally, we will read and discuss the Gnostic sacred texts from the Nag Hammadi. We'll also include other esoteric and spiritual traditions, which may include kaballah/jewish mysticism, earth spirituality and contributions from contemporary writers. And, we’ll include discussion of the social, political, cultural underpinnings to these historical teachings. This is a group for those who enjoy the reading of ancient texts, in the tradition of Midrash. Slow, reflective, integrative, experiential, and interpretive from the heart’s desire.
A gnostic circle is a place to hold the space sacred, experience the inner knowledge, and re-member. A place of repose, peace, and mirroring: as above, so below. It’s not limited to an intellectual probing of the texts.
Note: This group is limited to 50 members; if you can’t attend it’s best for you to wait to join us until you can make a commitment. We will discuss shared group norms and expectations because it’s important that we grow in trust with one another.
My hope is that we will form a circle of people who form lasting friendships as we deepen our gnosis.
Blessings in the name of the Mother Spirit!
