What we’re about

Everything we do, we believe that anyone can reach their fullest potential.  And that the collective actualization of such from each of us can transform into greater goodness for our society.

We are actualizing this through our educational programs of the Chan (Chinese Zen) teachings and practice, taking each person by their hands, progressing at their own pace, integrating into their daily life, and “sharing the good stuff” with others, week after week, year after year.

Our programs are simple to learn and the practices are easy to apply in day to day scenarios.

• Monthly Introductory Meditation Workshops* (open to all, beginners) (check our calendar)

• Quarterly Foundational Meditation Workshops(beginners, refresher for experienced) (check our calendar)

• Meditation Retreats* (deepening your meditation practice)

• Tea Chan*, Hiking Meditation*, Camping Meditation* (integrating Chan in daily life)
