Thursday Free Obstacle Course & Calisthenics Workout

Join us every Tuesday and Thursday night for a free High-Intensity-Interval workout focusing on body weight calisthenics, core/abs, and upper-body strengthening exercises to help you dominate those obstacles course races! Look for us at one of the two monkey bars areas in Jose Marti Park, 351 SW 4th Ave, Miami, FL 33144.

It's a quick 1-hour workout, with 2 rounds of 14 stations, and 1 speed round!

This workout is always free!

Saturday Free Triathlon Training

Batch Gastropub

FREE Triathlon training! Meet us on your bicycle at 6:20 AM Saturday mornings at Batch Gastropub in Brickell. We'll bike to either South Beach or to Key Biscayne, alternating every other week, and riding at a moderate pace.

Once there, we swim, bike and run for 30 minutes each, everyone at their own pace.

Afterwards we often grab breakfast together!

Monday Free Brickell 5K Training

Improve your 5K finish time! This workout will focus specifically on helping you perform better on your next 5K.

Our workouts are open to everyone, and are always FREE!

We encourage all ability levels and ages of runners to join us.
