    Join us every Tuesday and Thursday night for a free body-weight workout focusing on calisthenics, upper-body and core strengthening exercises to help you dominate those obstacles at races! Come join us every Friday morning at Museum Park, 6:20AM, for a FREE yoga class taught by Sean. The hour-long class will challenge all ability levels, leaving you feeling refreshed, awake, and ready to start your day! Sean has earned yoga instructor certifications from as far away as Baron Baptiste Power Yoga in Pahoa, Hawaii, and from Amazing Yoga in Tulum, Mexico, and at 16 he became Pittsburgh's youngest-ever yoga teacher.
