Who: Climbers. First timers. Averages Joes. Awesome people. Whoever you are you are welcome. Whether you're a seasoned pro or just trying it out for the first time we'll give you whatever support you need to push yourself to the next level.
What: Climbing, sweet sweet climbing. With a side dose of socializing.
Wear: Clothes. Deodorant. Confidence. Hair ties. Climbing shoes. Harness.*
When: Climb officially starts at 6, but I (Laurie) am usually there by 5ish if you want to come early. We climb for several hours, so if you can't make 6 on the dot, no worries. I do appreciate a courtesy heads up if you are going to cancel or be late.
Why: Climbing is a workout for your whole body. It's not about brute strength, it's about focus, strategy, balance, and trusting yourself. You get a great workout, a boost of adrenaline, a sense of victory, and possibly a few new friends.
