This Yoga and Pilates groups are for those who are over 50 years of age and who are looking to maintain body and mind on a regular basis in a safe and friendly environment. You will meet local people who have the same interest as you do.

We offer your first two classes for $12.50.

Senior pilates general class (a few space left)

This class is based on mat pilates, suitable for people over 50 years of age, who are active and have learnt the basic movements at our beginner's pilates class that we will offer from the 5th March 2019. Pilates general class is focused on alignment, balancing and engagement of the body, mind and breathing, using the right body force to help to strengthen the muscles, controlling the body movements in a slow but effective action, and stretch and relaxation for the body to absorb the effort of a 1hr activity. What to bring? -A mat. -Blanket or cushion to protect your body parts from the hard floor. -A strap or towel to help stretching. This class starts at 8:30 am. If you are visiting us for the first time, please make a booking through a phone call or email/text that we have limited space. Senior Beginner Pilates class (New)

This class is based on mat pilates for people who are over 50 years of age and new to pilates or who haven't done any exercise for a while. This class is designed to teach you the basic movements with correct body alignment by using core muscles; also strengthen back muscles, arm and especially leg muscles, to improve balance and to help prevent injury. This class includes stretch to create flexibility and a few minutes of relaxation at the end of the class for the body to rest and recover from the 1-hour workout. What to bring? -A mat -Blanket or cushion to protect your body parts from the hard floor. -A strap or towel for stretching. Class starts at 10:00 am. Senior Yoga General Class (2 Spots Left)

This class is suitable for people who are over 50 years of age who like to move and discover unknown self-potential and challenge to limitations. It helps to centre the mind, deepen the breath, accept the weakness and increase happiness. This class contains breathing exercises, Sun Salutation, standing poses, balance, twisting, stretching, and relaxation or meditation. You strengthen the muscles throughout the body by holding some of the poses. Duration 1.5 hour An easier yoga class for the beginners, we are going to offer Seniors yoga beginner class from the 7th of February 11 am - 12 pm. You will need to bring -A yoga mat. -Blanket or cushion to protect from the hard floor. -A strap or towel to helps stretching. -Yoga brock and a bolster if you have. This class starts at 9:00 am-10: 30 am (90 minutes). Cost: $15 If you are visiting us for the first time, please make a booking through a phone call or email/text for the limited space.
