This one purchse, all on the back of reading a book by Jan Somers. It wasn't until he read Steve McKnight 0-130 Properties in 3.5 years, that this really impacted his knowledge and journey. Simon's career as a qualified Credit and Risk Manager meant this book appealed to him as it was all about the numbers and solving problems to create solutions. Working with numbers and mitigating risk are two skills SImon used every day for many years and they fit well with his property investing. Today Simon enjoys working in his profession and using those skills along with the knowledge he acquired to continue to build wealth via property, and help others to do the same.
