Hi everyone,

As we approach the middle of the year (at warp speed...) we're putting the call out for some more Real Deal Case Study presentations for our next few meetings.

Our meetings take place four times a year in February, May, August & October. and we are now looking to fill these next couple of spots - it could be you up on stage!

If you're keen on sharing your current or past project let me know by replying to this email ASAP. The project doesn't have to be finished and it doesn't even need to have turned a profit, we just want to see it.... warts and all.

Let me know if that's you and we'll be happy to help you prepare the slides. I know it can be daunting if you've never done it before, but I'll be there to help you every step of the way and you never know where it might lead you in your investing journey.

On the back of our **very successful** Brisbane and Sunshine Coast Property Groups (**over 4100 members**), I have finally decided to provide the same fantastic event on the Gold Coast!
Our meetings are all about networking and openly sharing information to better each other's property investing journeys. In fact our mission statement is, ***"Sharing ideas and experiences with like minded property investors"***
