Still the mind and connect with your breath during this one-hour practice where the physical postures will anchor you to the present moment. We will open various lines of the body with both gentle dynamic movement and stillness, find balance, and enjoy some well-deserved rest. Bring a yoga mat, towel, water, and your favorite props if you have any. No previous yoga experience is necessary. All are welcome!
