Project. She is a life + career makeover mentor who specializes in offering coaching to professional women who are overwhelmed and feeling like they're stuck in a rut. They know they should be doing something different, but have no idea where to start. Using her unique blend of marketing and coaching, Kea helps her clients have an 'aha!' moment which brings about more courage, clarity, power, purpose and balance in their lives, careers, and businesses. ABOUT THIS GATHERING: Confidence (or lack of) and Imposter Syndrome are some of the most pressing topics facing women today. Not feeling confident or capable, or feeling like we're going to be "found out" are culprits that keep us from going after the job we want, they keep us from speaking up, they keep us from stepping out of our comfort zone, and much more. You don't have to be held prisoner, though! Menu: coffee, tea, and light breakfast bites. WHAT TO EXPECT: Once you RSVP, you’ll receive address, parking instructions, and contact info from your Host!
RSVP on Kitchen Table App (make sure to click this on your iPhone) here: https://appsto.re/us/ronVeb.i Welcome to Host Meeti's Traditional Indian Family Dinner! DATE: Saturday, February 23rd TIME: 6pm LOCATION: Glendale ABOUT YOUR HOST: Hi! I'm Nirmitha Iyangar and go by Meeti. I'm originally from Bangalore, India, and currently reside in Los Angeles. I moved here for school to study fashion, worked as a fashion designer for some cool and edgy clothing companies around LA. I am currently a mother to 2 amazing little humans, wife to another amazing human, Drone, who is an architect who works as an urban planner in West Hollywood, and lastly, our pretty furry daughter Neelu. I grew up around food crazy cooks which include my mother, grandmother and countless aunts! Thanks to them for infusing the cooking bug in me. I love to cook and share the indigenous dishes which are unheard of, most of them are from the southern Indian state of Karnataka. I love my city, my roots, and culture as it gives me a good perspective of traditional and modern cuisine. I have found that there are similarities between the kind of food I cook and food from some parts of Thailand and neighboring countries. I look forward to sharing my food with like-minded, adventurous people! ABOUT THIS GATHERING: Happy 2019! Let's welcome the new year with fresh and fragrant flavors which will help kickstart this year in a harmonious way! We all want to find ways to use our food for healing and medicinal qualities. I will be talking about the importance of spices and herbs used in the dishes and how it helps in our everyday wellbeing. Come enjoy a healthy spread of the Indian food which I will assure you won't find it elsewhere as it was all concocted in my family kitchen and passed on to me through my mother's recipe books. As my mother always said, food tastes good if it's made with love and shared with love - love being the main ingredient! WHAT TO EXPECT: Once you RSVP, you’ll receive address, parking instructions, and contact info from your Host. Please be sure to arrive on time. If you can't make it, please let us know. We understand that things come up, but please try your best to keep your commitment. Thank you so much. Love, Kelly + the Kitchen Table Team
