GoodGym Greenwich will help you get fit and do good at the same time.
Join us every Monday evening for a run and physical task helping communities in Greenwich. We work hard on a physical task for 30 to 45 minutes, then we all run back together to the start venue by 8.30pm. There will be some drills and exercises to make sure you get a good work out. The sessions are run by running coach Shaun Dixon.
You'll help your local community, meet some great people and get a great workout too.
