Tennis Coaching Session

Coaching Session

This is for those of you who want to have a more custom and tailored lesson to suit their needs. Lesson will obviously be open to Beginners, Intermediate or Advanced Players.

Tennis is much more fun when you're able to play a complete match with sets, so I aim to teach you all the essential strokes of the game to make you a complete player. If you aim to learn to just rally and knock the ball back-and-forth a couple times, please try to reconsider as the group's spirit is to take control of your 'tennis' life and being content with what could be so, so much more would be a pity. Trust me on this one!

All the strokes are mainly split into two parts:

1. Doing Drills

2. Playing Meaningful Points

Reason for this comes from the fact that I see way too many people who look spectacular in drills or a controlled environment. i.e.- They know where the ball's going to land, it most likely being a slow-paced feed, etc. Playing points helps you to consolidate your learnings and adapt to new skills, not to mention it being fun (assuming you put your ego on the line)!

Date: November 4 (Sunday) 2012, 6:00-7:00pm

Location: Shek Kip Mei Park (270 Nam Cheong Street, Shek Kip Mei. Closest to Kowloon Tong MTR Station Exit C1 in Festival Walk Shopping Mall)

This could be a 1 or 2-hour session. If you want 2 hours, feel free to take-over the previous time slot at 5:00-6:00pm.

The number of attendees could range from one to four players, with total costs varying (prices are court fee inclusive):

Private (1 person): $450

Semi Private (2 people): $500

Mini Group (3 or 4 people): $600

Please let me know what class size you intend to have via a posting/message so that I could close the session as soon as I know. I will be expecting payment via bank transfer 2 days before the start date at the very latest.

This will be a great session if you have something you really want to work on or if you want a coach to look at your strokes and game on an overall basis.

I'm sorry girls. I didn't mean to be rude. I didn't get a reply previously and assumed you didn't want to be bothered with miniscule issues. I'm glad you're open to more people. Let's ramp up on the students.

I'm happy to have more people too, if there is any other people interested.

That sounds good. Would you want to keep this open for other participants to join your group? You also did mention another one of your friends who might be interested in joining as well, right?

Or if you want to keep this semi-private, I could close this session. Please let me know. Thanks!

Hey, welcome Rie in joining. I'm so glad you've decided to stick to what I've taught you. I know it could initially be frustrating, but trust me, its a much better foundation. Once you get it, you will improve much quicker. See you around!
