Speakers Profile:

Dominic Widdows, Software Engineer at Grab’s Seattle R&D center.
Dominic is a professional problem solver. His 15 years of software engineering include developing quantum logic search engines for high-dimensional reasoning at Stanford University and building the first delivery system for Google Shopping Express. At Microsoft Bing, he set up an information extraction system for getting local businesses on the map so customers can find them. His contributions to open-source software include the augmented-reality Google Sky Map astronomy app and the Semantic Vectors package for learning a meaning from text.

Ramadhana Ibnu Akbar, Senior Data Engineer at Grab Indonesia.
Rama is a Data Engineer at Grab for more than 2 years. He is deeply passionate about all things related to data. He has 4+ years of experience in Data Engineering and just earned his bachelor’s degree at the University of Indonesia. Currently, he develops and maintains GrabKios data platform to serve as a trustworthy foundation for decision-making. Deeply passionate about all things related to data.
