A creative and fun way for your child to learn to move their bodies, focus and calm their minds as well as create community with others. Kid’s Yoga will help promote self-esteem, caring for others and a sense of awareness for nurturing planet Earth.
A combination of traditional poses, along with Animal Yoga, Alphabet Yoga and Partner Yoga will enable us to discover and get to know our bodies in relationship to ourselves, each other and the world beyond.
We’ll also practice some self-soothing techniques that will give your children skills for real world stuff.
In today’s fast paced, electronic world connecting with your body, the ability to slow down, get calm, and appreciate the beauty around us are not necessarily skills taught in traditional education systems. These small people are our future! Let’s nourish their innate ability of wonder, curiosity and easy capacity to love!
