Online Guided Imagery Meditation for Tranquility and Well-Being. An oasis for beauty and calmness. Previous meditation experience is not a requirement, only a desire to create a point of quietness and serenity. Attend ONLINE Tuesday evenings for about sixty to ninety minutes. The time consists of sharing followed by a peaceful and creative visualization for self-healing and relaxation. The purpose for this group is to recognize the body, mind and spirit connection in all of us. I offer this time in thankfulness that my niece was able to overcome a dire diagnosis of cancer through both allopathic and holistic means.

This is a non-denominational general meditation.

I offer the Tuesday evening meditations out of gratefulness to provide a respite for positive reflection.

The Guided Imagery format is useful as an introduction to meditation as well as a pleasant change for experienced meditation advocates.

The purpose of this meditation is for tranquility, well-being, self-healing and centering - an opportunity to recognize the connection of our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual selves -- Body-Mind-Spirit.

You may join as early as 6:20. We start promptly at 6:30 as I explain the purpose and sequence of the evening. We share on different topics every week. Expect to take a few deep breaths, relax and be led in a meditation of guided imagery with a silent portion in the middle. The meditation concludes between 7:45 and 8 pm.
