In Awareness Through Movement, we use fun, gentle movement to rewire the brain and create mindfulness and ease of movement in everyday activities. You'll find vitality and freedom from pain, increase strength and flexibility, improve balance and mobility, and enhance creativity and thinking.
Classes are part of the Feldenkrais Method and taught by Alex Toenniges, Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner and Certified Awareness Through Movement Teacher.
