• FitCamp – Full Body Workouts
• M&W at 6:30pm AND Tu&Th 11:30am.
• Cardio Drumming Workouts –
• M&W at 5:30pm AND M&F 11:30am
• YOGA - Th 6:00pm
• WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE's (Nutritional Training Class). There are two 8-week training classes starting up on Tue Sept 13th at 6:30pm and Wed Sept 14th at 10:00am.
1st Event is absolutely FREE and includes a High Protein Post Recovery Shake. Bring a workout matt, water and a GREAT attitude.

All fitness levels are welcome and fit in. For those who want, we then socialize afterwards over a Post Workout shake. Come 10 min early if you can for check-in....
