What we're about

This group is about sharing things people can do to enhance their physical wellness, emotional health, and happiness. There are many tools and exercises people can do to get to a better state of being regardless of where they are at. One of the primary tools being offered at the Meetups are the I Ching instruments. One purpose of the group is to determine how helpful those instruments are for a variety of issues. There are many other ways to reduce stress which we will be sharing as well. The goal is to empower people, so they feel in control of their life, health, and happiness. Members are also invited to share what works for them.
