This is a group for anyone interested in improving well-being through the practice of gratitude. Gratitude has brought me through some hard times, so I have been researching and practicing it obsessively. The goal is to promote awareness and join others using this practice to heal, de-stress and improve mental/behavioral health. We have a facebook group where we share quotes, techniques and other tools to encourage each other to be obsessively grateful! It is empowering and liberating! We also do gratitude walks in different locations throughout Hartford County. When we meet we share three things we are grateful for and then think of one goal we want to achieve and we walk our way into our breakthroughs!! Looking forward to sharing this practice of gratitude and exploring the outdoors with everybody.
