I will be running 8-08: Tyranny of Winds Part 1: The Sandstorm Prophecy, a Pathfinder Society Scenario designed for levels 1-5.

As a repurposed prison, the Sandswept Hall Pathfinder lodge in Sothis is an imposing target for thieves, yet an enemy operative recently broken in, stole valuable property, and escaped into the sun-scorched deserts of eastern Osirion. The PCs are the best disposed to follow the culprit's trail. Be warned, though, for the Scorpion Coast is the battleground of powerful elemental tribes that have assailed Osirion's frontier with cruel sandstorms and deadly force for millennia.

Content in The Sandstorm Prophecy also contributes directly to the ongoing storyline of the Scarab Sages faction.

If we play low, then I'm bringing my first level ifrit bloodrager.

I believe Chris is also running 8-08, so we may have a low and a high. Keep in mind part three of this story 8-12, to be released in late January, is tier 3-7.

Okay. Random question about PFS and character changes. I want to change my brawler from a true neutral worshipper of Irori to a neutral good worshipper or Kurgess. How do I do that? Do I just say I'm doing that, and it's done? Or do I have to spend prestige?

For alignment change, the only reference I found in the PFS guide relates to alignment infractions based upon character behavior, and is positioned as a bad thing: "If infractions continue in the course of the scenario or sanctioned module or Adventure Path, an alignment change might be in order. If you deem these continued actions warrant an alignment change, you should note
it on the character’s Chronicle sheet at the end of the session in the notes section." To me, this means you can simply note the alignment change on a chronicle sheet. As far as switching deity, as a brawler, it seems to only be an issue if you have a feat or ability tied that a specific deity. If there is an ability tied to a specific deity, I'm not sure how that works--but if you don't, change away. Anyone with more experience, please chime in. :)

Hm.. alright. She's 3rd level and has no abilities tied to her deity. I'll make extra-sure with Geoff and/or Chris the next time we meet. Thanks for all your help!

Does anyone have the Hamlet and Swamp Flip-Mats, and the Farmstead Map Pack? If so, I'll be running 8-06, Reaping What We Sow. If not, I'll run 8-08.

If we are playing high I have my gnome paladin. If we are playing low...I have a lot to choose from.

I would like to join you guys sometime but don't currently have a Pathfinder character. Also I don't get off of work until around or just after 5 PM (I work in Lincolnshire) but perhaps I'll swing by to say hi and check it out. I have been to the store just once before and loved it. It reminded me of Gamer's Paradise in Town & Country Mall in Arlington Heights back in the good old days of the 1980s before the card games and computer games mostly took over and D&D was all the rage and like Heavy Metal being blamed for all of teenage societies ills. lol

Half an hour is pushing it, but if you were jumping in with a pregen we could let it slide.

Scott I would advise you to go to paizo.com and download the free Roleplaying Guild Guide if you want to learn more about the Pathfinder Society.

Joel, first of all thank you for being so understanding this afternoon and giving me an easy out of a tight spot. Secondly, I am almost sure Sasha intends to run the Spire in its entirety eventually. However, when she does so is up to her of course.

It's no problem. Like I said, I didn't want to kick someone out when it was likely I'd be able to play elsewhere. I've got three modules (six if I go slow) to stay within the level range for the third level) anyway.

I hope to be running at this event as well and I am open to suggestions.
