We were recently denied an exemption a the board of adjustments to have 3 hens, largely because our neighbors vociferously objected.
We are interested in evaluating what our legal options in District Court might be.
Can anyone recommend an attorney with an interest in this area that might be willing to discuss this issue with us and help us evaluate whether it is worthwhile to go forward?
thanks
