Are you interested to start or sustain regular physical activity to help feel your best?
Start the new year off with this workshop to help give you a jump-start to your motivation. We'll talk about foods that can give you lasting energy for fitness and discuss other areas of your life that can help you enjoy lifelong vitality and endurance.
Get support by being around others who are looking to make sensible, sustainable changes for the long-run. We'll focus on nutrition and lifestyle adjustments that are manageable, accessible, and effective.
I'll facilitate the interactive conversation by providing prompting topics for a productive and motivating 60 minutes.
The workshop will be held at:
Hanover Township Community Center
3660 Jacksonville Rd, Bethlehem, PA 18017
Space is limited, and a minimum of 6 attendees will ensure we hold the workshop.
This workshop is $5. Funds benefit the community center.
Community center membership is not required to attend. The cost of the workshop will be refunded to those attending who would like to start a community center membership, or who have a current membership and would like to apply the $5 for a renewal, though this is not required.
We look forward to seeing you then!
