We follow a pretty simple format!

We start with open networking and order lunch. Then everyone gets a 60 second "elevator pitch" to educate the group on what they do, what sets them apart, and what kinds of customers they are looking for.

Then we have a 10 minute spotlight on a consistent member, a chance for us to ask them questions about their industry, their business and themselves.

After that, it's more open networking and back to work!
