This group is open for anyone interested in losing weight and learning how to keep it off while maintaining (and even building) lean muscle with healthy and nutritional healthy active lifestyle changes. Get educated on basic nutrition and fitness. Meet people and make new friends. By hosting continual six week challenges, we offer accountability and an opportunity for serious changes to happen in your life.
