What we're about
This is a group for anyone interested in bringing more joy into their life. Laughter Yoga is a unique practice which combines unconditional laughter with yogic breathing. Come join us in the Park Saturdays at 10AM for an hour filled with Laughter and Love! No yoga experience needed, no mats, no special clothes, we won't be working out, just Laughing Out Loud! Our Laughter Yoga session will end with a ‘Laughter Meditation’ and a guided body scan and progressive relaxation. This entire experience is quite powerful and often leads to a healthy emotional catharsis and also a feeling of release and joyfulness that can last for days. Come join us for some fresh air and refreshing Laughter!
