Why Yoga in nature?

"The meaning of Yoga is "Unions" Practicing yoga in nature adds a different dimension to the journey and wakes up your senses - scent, sight, sound, touch, and activates parts of the brain that make you more present.

"Fresh air heightens breath awareness - When people spend time in a forested setting, feelings of vigor and vitality are increased", a study in the International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health.

What is HK Permaclub?

Permaclub is a lush permaculture garden center, focused on low environmental impact gardening and sustainability. We are now working together to discover who we are, how to cultivate both a healthy garden and a healthy mind and what we can do to make life healthier, happier and more renewable.

The guiding principles are simple; Care for People, Care for the Earth and Share of Surplus.
