July 23:  NO CLASS  (International Summer Festival)

August 6:  NO CLASS  (International Summer Festival)

August 13: Patience and compassion

Anger solves nothing.  It is a destructive state of mind that constantly disturbs our inner peace, robs us of our good sense, and leads to unhappiness within our hearts and within our relationships.

During this series, students will come to recognize their own anger in its early stages of development and then learn to overcome the harmful mind of anger by generating the peaceful, positive mind of patient acceptance.  Everyone is welcome to attend, no previous experience necessary.  Drop in for any class.

Class Format

Everyone is welcome to attend this course at Greenville Yoga.  You do not need to be a member of the yoga studio and no previous experience with Buddhism or meditation is required.  Each class will include guided meditation, a short teaching, and time for group discussion.

Barrie, ditto on Sharon. Sharon is a kind, gentle soul, she shines from within with her inner peace. She's on par with Dr. Charles F. Stanley, Joel Osteen and others. She will be missed.

Sharon, from Asheville did an excellent job both weeks that I have heard her while Gen Nyema
is in England. Sharon is a devoted leader and very knowledgeable and happy, glowing disposition of
Kadampa tradition. I will be there for her last class this Tuesday and she has had a good following while in Greenville.
