Does it sometimes feel difficult to make our hectic modern life meaningful? It can be done and without even changing what we are doing, we just change how we’re doing it. By changing how we approach situations in our daily life we can transform all our mundane day-to-day activities into meaningful experiences.
In this series we will learn how to apply simple meditations and practical methods from Buddhist understanding to help our life at work and at home feel more rewarding, satisfying and meaningful.
Everyone is welcome to attend this course at Greenville Yoga. You do not need to be a member of the yoga studio and no previous experience with Buddhism or meditation is required. Each class will include guided meditation, a short teaching, and time for group discussion. Drop in for any class; you do not have to attend the entire series.
