Come get your feet wet in this beginner's class for all stages of yogis. Wether its your first time or its just been a while, this class is for those looking to get into yoga but may not be active or well practiced.
What to know about this class:
- Bring your own mat, few will be available
- 45 Minutes long
- Series of basic, simple poses to help strengthen and stretch the body
- Knowledge of proper breathe and health benefits of yoga instruction
- Feel free to ask questions after the class and seek further information
Donations are gratefully welcome to keep up with the meet-up fees and keep improving the class.
The Location is hosted by Natural You Health Spa. The space is just the right size for a beginners class. Keeping it smaller (-7ppl) helps the instructor promote proper movement and body positioning during instruction of beginners. You can expect a more intimate setting for your new practice which will help you build confidence and new knowledge.
The current plan is to host this class on every other Friday and Tuesday at 6:30pm. Check the group calendar to confirm dates and and to your planner.
