The summer meeting hours are 7:30 to 8:30. In September we'll go back to the 7:00-8:00 time slot.
So, please arrive on time, arriving after that interrupts others' meditation. Because we try to cram as much as possible into an hour, please stretch before you come -- especially your legs (it promotes a more comfortable sitting posture).
The format of our Satsang is that we begin with a short invocation, followed by a brief relaxation, and an alternate nostril breath exercise. Then we move into a 20 minute meditation followed by a break for tea and then discussion.
Each week I forward a few pages that will be the basis for discussion. Because I haven't had much luck using MeetUp's file center, if you will please forward your email address to me, I'll send the reading as an attachment to an email.
