Grief, loss, separation - each of these is characterized by similar emotional, mental, and physical states, and moving through these states can be aided by meditative and energetic exercises that can be applied to all three. In this group, we will not focus on the stories of individual situations. Instead, we will practice a series of transformative breathing, meditative, and energetic exercises. These exercises are designed to bring balance to the emotional, mental, and physical aspects of grief, loss, and separation, ultimately allowing us to move past the event or situation.
Wiah is Ghedee Master, spiritual counselor, facilitator, and coach with over 30 years of experience in various healing arts. He began his teachings in West Africa, and has dedicated his practice to assisting those in need of intellectual, emotional, physical and spiritual growth/remembrance.
