Ultimate African Taster Tour - 2nd Feb 2019 30-40 somethings
Who wants to go to Africa?! We are excited to announce an amazing itinerary that takes us to Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe and Zambia, Chobe in Botswana, before moving onto South Africa to the Greater Kruger and the wonderful regions of Stellenbosch and Cape Town. We love this trip as it embodies so many different aspects of Africa that you really do get a fantastic insight into what makes these countries so special. There is a great balance of safari, scenery and city with both group time and free time, so in this trip you really can have it all. We are taking a small group of 12 people plus your Tour CSO (Chief Sorter Outer), and we don't mind if you are travelling solo, with a friend or in a couple - all that matters is that you love to travel! In the spirit of bringing together like minded people, this tour is running for people aged 30-50 with a little bit of wiggle room, but don't worry if you fall outside this as we also run 50+ tours so check out the other meetups. All major activities and road transfers are included, as well as 14 breakfasts, 6 lunches, and 8 dinners. All rooms will be allocated on a shared basis. This is an upmarket group tour staying in 4-5* accommodations and flying between destinations to maximise the time we have to enjoy each place. The price you ask? We try to balance seeing Africa in style without breaking the bank and include as many things as we can so you don't end up spending a whole lot when you get there. We've been told it's a bargain at £3750 (excl flights) and we hope you think so to. ITINERARY Days 1-5 Victoria Falls & Chobe National Park This tour begins at the powerful and magnificent Victoria Falls. We spend 4 nights on the Zimbabwe side enjoying all the activities and sites this town has to offer, before crossing into Zambia to see the falls from the other side and then flying to South Africa. Days 5-10 The Greater Kruger & The Panorama Route We split our time in half exploring this famous area in two different styles. First up is the one and only Kruger National Park where we maximise our time with a private guide and vehicle, before seeing some of the truly wonderful scenery of the Panorama Route. We then move onto a luxury private reserve in the Greater Kruger for an entirely different safari experience involving open vehicles, dirt roads, and a tracker/ranger duo. Excited much?! Days 10-12 Stellenbosch Staying in this beautiful wine region for a couple of nights allows us to take full advantage of the fabulous food and wine on offer without compromising on travel time. Just sit back, relax and enjoy… Days 12-15 Cape Town Our final stop on this tour is the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront, the bustling and vibrant hub of Cape Town. During this time we will explore coast and surrounding sights on the way to Cape Point, plus you will have free time to explore and soak up the everything else this awesome city has to offer. • What to do if you are interested Please message the organiser to register your interest we will send you a detailed itinerary that we can chat through, and then you will be sent a booking form. Only the receipt of the booking form and deposit will constitute a confirmed booking. • Important to know Price excludes all flights, visa's, travel insurance, meals and activities not specified in the itinerary and spending money.
