What we're about

Maybe you get nervous or self-conscious when you are talking to a group of people; maybe you want to speak up and express yourself better in a group setting; or maybe you wish to be more confident in addressing people. Whatever your reasons, if you wish to get rid of nervousness or self-consciousness and become a stronger and more effective public speaker, this is the group for you.

We will practice and learn how to

- Get rid of nervousness when you talk to people
- Not get tongue-tied or feel awkward in front of people
- Instantly establish rapport with the audience
- Free your communication up
- Be more self-confident

To accomplish the above, we'll have free weekly public speaking practices at the Dianetics & Scientology Life Improvement Center near Marconi and Watt in Sacramento. I will coach you on how to communicate to a group of people more comfortably and effectively.

WHY I STARTED THIS GROUP: I have been training people on communication and public speaking skills at a non-profit organization for years. I think many people were incorrectly trained in communication and public speaking by well-meaning parents, peers, or even teachers. Some incorrect training or advice can actually hurt. I want to teach people the correct tools of communication and public speaking that free them up and empower them.

Call me (Tony, the group organizer) at 916-519-5287 for any questions.
