What is your cooking experience level?

Advanced amateur. I'm a home cook but have a hankering for learning new ways to make traditional dishes.

What type of cuisines do you enjoy cooking and eating?

I cook and eat anything that doesn't eat me first, I'm Chinese after all. I learned Chinese cooking from my mom, international (mainly French) cuisine from my dad and the neighborhood "granny" taught me how to bake a mean apple pie and other things.
