Who are we? We are a modern QiGong group, (Qigong= Think a cross between Yoga and meditation) that also will pick one topic a week to discuss among ourselves to improve our knowledge base to achieve higher goals.
The added twist here, is I guided you through real situations in our lives to achieve better or have less stress doing. The theoretical meets the practical.
Who should join? Anybody with too much stress, too much on their mind, people who want to improve their level of success, make new new friends, network for their business or social lives and expand their mental robustness.
