All females over 18, who may be looking at a new years resolution to get fitter and enjoy being more active.
I am thinking of starting a hourly session in January 2018, to help local women and ladies with fitness, cardio and self defence. I am a martial arts instructor with 20+ years coaching experience and want to offer female only lessons in the daytime, which will be slightly different to the usual boxercise etc.
I want to offer some good quality martial arts, but make it fitness related, so we burn some calories and tone up whilst doing so.
Looking to make the hour long classes fun and challenging and just trying to gauge any interest.
If you can join and comment, then I would be grateful. If I can get around 15 people committed, I can start to look for a venue.
