Join me and Yoga Goddess Amy Norris for an adventure that is physical, spiritual, and expanding - all with a playful edge (we don't like to take ourselves too seriously).
The journey will begin at "base camp" where we will drop into easy connection and learn a bit about each other and what is alive in our group of gorgeous adventurers.
We will then venture into nature, climbing to the peaks of beautiful rolling hills while discovering and strengthening our connection to Mama Nature, to each other, and to ourselves.
About 2 miles into our trek we'll hit the pause button on our hike and transition into a liberating yoga flow. We'll get playful, lean on each other (literally and figuratively), and tap into the source of our light, strength, and power.
As our yoga practice comes to a close, we will head back to where our journey began. Upon arriving at "base camp", we will share our experiences and harvest the juicy tidbits brought to life through our adventure.
You can expect to return to your life with a sense of greater clarity and purpose, connection and support...and a kick ass attitude.

WHAT TO BRING
A backpack with
- a yoga mat
- a large towel (to lay down underneath your mat)
- a light snack
Carpooling is strongly encouraged. If you are game to carpool from Martinez, let me know. Otherwise you can leave a message below to see if anyone is coming from your direction.
