I've been making solo gains (working out alone) for the past couple years and I enjoy it. But I've found that's it's hard to really push myself and stay motivated at times. I know I'm not the only one.
I'm looking for a few guys and gals who love the gym. There's plenty of great forms of fitness out there but this squad is all about lifting weights in the gym.
My goal for this group is to bring together people who are serious about the gym. I want memebers who are interested in doing powerlifting and bodybuilder type workouts as a group several times a week. Let's get swole and have some fun.
