What we're about

This group is for anyone who wants to get a great, short but effective daily workout in! All skill levels welcome, modifications are always shown :) Two types of workouts happen in this group: HIIT (high intensity interval training) & Strength Training.
No equipment is necessary for the HIIT classes, Dumbbells needed for the Strength Training classes. Looking forward to seeing your faces on the Zoom Workouts!
