What we're about
This group is for people of any age and level who would like to improve their fitness with body weight exercises used in Gymnastics.
Anyone at any age can benefit from Gymnastics Training and improve strength, stamina, flexibility, balance and coordination in an interesting, challenging and safe way.
We also learn skills like Handstand, Press to Handstand, One Arm Handstand, Planche, Lsits and more.
