Please Join Me For Some Patriotic Holiday Exercise and Outdoor Activity On My Valley Forge Park July 4th Independence Day Hike.
We'll Hike Over To Mt Misery and Joy For A Total of 10 Miles Then Enjoy The Music, Festivities And Fireworks Back At The Wilson Farm Park In Chesterbrook.
We'll Also Make A Pit Stop At The Black Powder Tavern and/or McKenzies Brew Pub To Enjoy Their Outdoor Patios (Both Easily Accessible From Chesterbrook).
Important Note: This hike is setup so that hikers can easily jump off at various points along the route...if you decide you want to cut your hike shorter or if you've just plain had enough. :)
Hike Starting Location and Rally Point: We'll Park and Meet Up at The Chesterbrook Shopping Center in Chesterbrook (Upon Entering The Shopping Center Go LEFT To The Farthest LEFT END of the Shopping Center Parking Lot Down Past Manhattan Bagel). I'll Be At The Farthest LEFT FRONT CORNER of the Parking Lot.
Wilson Farm Park (The Location of the Fireworks) Is Directly Behind Chesterbrook Shopping Center So Your Car Will Be Very Nearby When The Fireworks Are Over.
We'll Hike Into Valley Forge Park From Here.
