The Hike Plan: This Is An Exploratory Scouting Hike

The Wissahickon Gorge Has Been On My Exploratory List For Some Time. My Plan Is To Get Down Into The Gorge and Really Turn The Place Upside Down. I Will Be Exploring All The Ravines and Topography For The Entire Length of The Creek and Gorge. This Mean Pure Bush-Wacky Goodness.

Important Note: When climbing hills, always feel free to take your time and climb at your own pace. We always stop at the top of very steep hills for a rest and water break.

Lunch: We Will Stop For A Brief Lunch Break At A Scenic Spot.

_______________________

This hike is for MODERATE TO ADVANCED HARDCORE Hikers due to distance, hills, terrain, pace and cable crossings.

Please note that I will ALWAYS stop at various points along the way to let any slower hikers catch up whenever necessary. We leave no hikers behind! ;)
