Be seen. Be heard. Be accepted. Just be you.
Say YES to you and a free intimacy workshop with the Human Awareness Institute (HAI).

It’s two hours of experiential exercises in a warm, welcoming, safe and supportive environment, where you’ll get a clear sense of our weekend workshops — deeply powerful, personal growth experiences that begin with Connecting in Love: A Weekend Immersion (https://www1.hai.org/workshops/start-your-journey/level-1-workshop/).

Gathering and registration is 2:30 pm. The workshop will begin promptly at 3:00 pm and go until 5:00 pm. There will be no admittance after 3:00 pm so as not to break the continuity of the workshop.

During your workshop, as with all our weekend workshops — created for singles and couples alike — you’re always 100% at choice. Every aspect of HAI is created for you to grow and thrive, which includes having your personal boundaries honored. So open your heart and get ready to:
• Enhance your capacity to love and be loved
• Speak your truth and be fully supported
• Broaden your listening skills
• Take risks / push your edges a bit
• Deepen your empathy and compassion
• Question societal beliefs and conditioning
• Expand, grow and connect in a diverse, inclusive space where we welcome all adults.

Begin your journey with the Human Awareness Institute. Join us and discover a beautiful, growing community dedicated to bringing more love to our planet, one human being at a time — whatever your color, ethnicity, age, body size, ability, religion, spiritual practice or none, gender or sexual orientation.

Nearly 50 years of HAI has resulted in tens of thousands around the world experiencing more joy in their own life and healthier, more loving connections and relationships with others. From this workshop alone, you’ll come away with tools and insights you can share with anyone.
