In light of the coronavirus situation affecting travel around the world, and a general trend towards being environmentally and ethically conscious of the way we travel and do design, what changes can we make to the way we designers do our work? Join us for our very first virtual meetup, where we will have a panel of designers, researchers, and managers discuss strategies and tips for doing remote design research responsibly and effectively. We will be discussing ways to manage, engage, and train remote teams, creative methods of getting around travel restrictions, balancing personal needs and obligations with ethical international travel, ensuring inclusivity and equity in remote design, as well as what mistakes to avoid. We’ll also have a Q&A session at the end to open the conversation up to all those attending!

When: Thursday, March 12, 2020 at 12 noon Eastern Time

Where: Here is the link for the Zoom event:, and the meeting ID will be [[masked]].

***ATTENDEE LIMIT NOTE*** We are so pleased that over 150 of you have RSVPed to attend as of this morning! Unfortunately, our Zoom account can only allow up to 100 participants at a time, so there is a chance that if you arrive late, you may not get in. If that happens, don't worry!
